Favorite part of working at 45 Inc.: I enjoy the personal development of myself and my team.  It feels so great to help a person bring out the best in themselves and get them to the next level of maturity, accountability, responsibility and an overall new awareness of themselves which gives them so much strength and confidence, even if they discover things about themselves that they don't like,  because now they have a new awareness.  awareness is a key element of change, growth, knowledge and understanding.  I enjoy building people. it energizes me, which, in turn, makes me excited to work with the people that I choose to work with on a daily basis, and makes me want to give them my best. If I can help build great people, then that will lead to building a great business, a great family, a great son or daughter. My team will be great in each role that they play in their lives.  that is what I love about working at 45, inc.
