Why is 45 Inc. always hiring?
Since our founding in 2008, 45 Inc. has been in high demand from various Fortune 500 companies. In order to keep up with our expanding list of clients, we are always looking for the best and brightest to join our professional sales and marketing team. 45 Inc. will be expanding into two new markets by the end of 2017.
Does everyone start off in the Entry Level position?
Everyone (no matter how much experience they have) comes in at the Entry Level, in order to fully understand what we do for our clients. We then train them in every aspect of our company, so that they are able to successfully open and manage a branch office with little, to no, supervision
The entry-level teaches the sales aspect of business, which is the most fundamental part of any business because you either sell a service or you sell a product, so sales is how business begins. ‘Doing business’ with someone entails selling them your product or service, or vice versa. So at the entry-level, we teach our Account Representatives our basic sales techniques in order to upgrade our client’s existing customer base to the new technology based on the leads that our client provides to us. Therefore, at the entry level our Account Representatives do lead-based sales to our client’s existing customer base, because every company has 2 focuses: 1) retain existing customers 2) acquire new customers.
Is there opportunities for growth?
At 45 Inc., we only promote from within. This gives our team the opportunity to grow from entry level into management through performance based promotions. Once a person is promoted to management, they choose a client to represent (from a list of clients that we work with) and a market to represent that client. The manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and has complete creative control of that branch office.
What is training like?
Full paid training is provided with EVERY ASPECT of our business. Each aspect of our management-training program builds on the tasks learned in each of the previous phases, so when a candidate ‘graduates’ our program, they are fully equipped to be a more complete person primarily, and a great manager in our industry secondarily. Training is done one-on-one, in groups and tailored to each team member's learning style and skill level.
